Chris Phillips - Chairman

Chris was Managing Director of PB Securities, the UK subsidiary of Prudential Bucke for 3 years before joining Lombard Odier, a private Swiss Bank.  He joined Colliers CRE and after heading their residential consultancy business became their first MD of Colliers Capital (UK) Ltd.

Chris has chaired a number of companies listed in the UK and Germany and is currently non executive chairman of Wey Education PLC, Wydham York PLC, Hadleigh Waymoth Ltd, Places for People and London & Newcastle Ltd a leading residential led London based property Development Company.  Chris is also a non-executive director of Mission Capital PLC.
